 Brookview Village, Poway’s first affordable senior-housing complex provides high-quality service-enriched environment to its residents. The community features 102 garden-style apartments catering to the needs of its residents. Weekly events, such as movie night and afternoon tea keep residents involved in the closely-knit community.

Haley Ranch Estates
 Haley Ranch Estates houses 65 families with three-bedroom, two-bath homes, complete with private fenced yards. Amenities of this Community HousingWorks project include a computer learning center, after-school programs, a swimming pool and a large grassy picnic area.

Hillside Village
 Hillside Village, on Community Road, is the newest addition to the Community HousingWorks communities, celebrating its first anniversary in August 2004. Working families and seniors live in the 71-unit community and benefit from many amenities, such as a licensed day care center, an after school homework club and adult financial literacy courses.

 Park View Terrace
Park View Terrace, located on Civic Center Drive, offers one, two, three and four bedroom garden-style apartments for families. the community.

 Poinsettia Mobilehome Park, situated in Old Poway, is comprised of 262 mobilehomes located near grocery stores and other shopping opportunities. The community, a mix of seniors and working families, enjoy many amenities such as a pool, bingo night and pot luck dinners. Poinsettia Mobilehome Park is a Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation owned property.
